Who I help

You may look capable and still feel worn down inside.

You replay conversations and wonder if you are overreacting. You are trying to change your relationship with substances, or staying sober while ordinary life still feels fragile. You promised yourself you would parent differently, then heard the words you grew up with come out of your mouth.

Maybe a loss changed the shape of your days, your body stays on alert long after danger passed, or you keep functioning while anxiety, anger, or numbness follows you through the day. Those are real reasons to ask for help. Start with the part that hurts or confuses you most.

The Jubilee Cares approach

What counselling with Jennifer actually looks like.

Say what feels possible

You do not have to tell the whole story in the first session. Start with what is affecting your life now.

Find the pattern underneath it

Notice what keeps happening, what sets it off, and what the reaction may have been trying to protect.

Try something different in real life

Prepare a boundary, a difficult conversation, a steadier routine, or one choice you can practise outside the session.
